Amped Riders E-Bike Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Amped Riders, a sole proprietorship ("Sponsor"). Contact: ampedridersusa@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. If a selected winner is under the age of majority in their state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian, who must claim the prize and sign all required affidavits, releases, and tax documents on the minor's behalf. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted beginning at 12:00 AM Central Time on October 31, 2026 through 11:59 PM Central Time on December 23, 2026 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are void.
4. How to Enter
Purchase entry: Every $1.00 USD spent on eligible products at ampedridersusa.com during the Giveaway Period earns one (1) entry. Entries are calculated on the order subtotal excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts. Orders of $100.00 or more automatically carry their entries into Sponsor's next giveaway round as well.
Entry Packs (10x multiplier): Sponsor offers a digital Entry Pack product at ampedridersusa.com with six pack options: $10 (100 entries), $25 (250 entries), $30 (300 entries), $40 (400 entries), $50 (500 entries), and $100 (1,000 entries). Each pack awards entries at ten times the standard rate — e.g., the $10 Entry Pack awards 100 entries, the $100 Entry Pack awards 1,000 entries. Entry Packs are digital products; no shipping is involved. Entry Pack purchases are subject to the same refunded/cancelled order terms above.
Free entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, send an email to ampedridersusa@gmail.com with the subject line "GIVEAWAY ENTRY" and include your full name, mailing address, and phone number in the body. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Each free email entry carries the same weight as one (1) purchase entry. Free entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.
Refunded or cancelled orders: Entries earned from any order that is later refunded, cancelled, or charged back will be voided. Gift card purchases do not earn entries; however, purchases made with a gift card do earn entries.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) Electro & Co ETM RTR Lite electric pit bike (60V, 5000W). Intended for off-road use only; not street legal. Approximate retail value (ARV): $2,749, inclusive of shipping to the winner within the continental United States.
Second Prize: One (1) $100 Amped Riders store gift card, redeemable at ampedridersusa.com. ARV: $100.
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,849.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other fees or costs associated with prize acceptance and use, except as expressly stated above.
6. Drawing & Notification
One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) Second Prize winner will be selected in random drawings conducted on December 24, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry and must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification.
7. Winner List
Winners will be announced publicly on ampedridersusa.com and Sponsor's Facebook and Instagram pages within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. For a copy of the winner list, email ampedridersusa@gmail.com with the subject line "WINNER LIST REQUEST" no later than January 31, 2027.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at ampedridersusa.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described therein.
11. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [TO BE ADDED], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [TO BE ADDED].
